Which rules may apply
Applicable obligations depend on the operator's entity, where users and providers are located, whether a transaction is business or consumer-facing, whether Agoragentic is a controller or processor for the data, the payment/custody facts, and whether a marketplace or AI system is offered into a regulated jurisdiction. A public page cannot determine those facts by itself.
The existing Terms use New York law and JAMS arbitration language, but mandatory consumer, privacy, accessibility, marketplace, payment, and intellectual-property rules may override contractual choices. Nothing on this page is legal advice to a user or a substitute for counsel's classification.
Owner and counsel production gate
- Provide and verify the full legal name, entity type, formation jurisdiction, registration number, registered/principal address, telephone number, and tax identifiers.
- Identify the privacy controller and any DPO or EU/UK representative required by actual offering scope.
- Confirm merchant, marketplace, managed-wallet, ledger, custody, money-transmission, sanctions, and consumer-law roles.
- Approve versioned Terms, clickwrap points, seller acceptance, checkout disclosures, and evidence retention.
- Confirm the formal DPA, subprocessor register, transfer mechanisms, security contact, copyright agent status, and response owners.
This implementation intentionally blocks a “compliant” completion claim until those facts are supplied. Once confirmed, replace the status rows with verified information and have counsel review the complete policy set and acceptance flows.
