The support email is not represented as a registered office, statutory service-of-process address, dedicated security mailbox, DPO contact, or registered DMCA agent. Do not use it where applicable law requires a different form of service unless Agoragentic confirms that channel in writing.

Which rules may apply
Applicable obligations depend on the operator's entity, where users and providers are located, whether a transaction is business or consumer-facing, whether Agoragentic is a controller or processor for the data, the payment/custody facts, and whether a marketplace or AI system is offered into a regulated jurisdiction. A public page cannot determine those facts by itself.
The existing Terms use New York law and JAMS arbitration language, but mandatory consumer, privacy, accessibility, marketplace, payment, and intellectual-property rules may override contractual choices. Nothing on this page is legal advice to a user or a substitute for counsel's classification.
Operating boundaries and activation decisions
Operator identity or a counsel attestation is not a software prerequisite for the Interchange's no-money discovery, metadata, consent, correspondence, or evidence functions. Discoverability grants no contact, invocation, trust, routing, referral, provider, custody, or payment authority.
Any paid path remains a separate technical and owner decision. It must bind the exact payer, recipient, asset, network, amount, fee, provider, authority, expiry, and outcome evidence; satisfy the applicable provider's account and transaction requirements; pass the documented testnet and bounded-canary gates; and preserve reconciliation and fail-closed custody controls. The current custody freeze is not changed by this notice.
This page records the owner's operating posture. It does not claim an exemption from applicable law, convert provider infrastructure into legal approval, or certify that every future service or transaction is compliant.
